Q. How do I schedule an appointment?

Just click the “Make an Appointment” button on our website and fill out the form. Our clinicians will contact you to schedule an appointment that is convenient for you. If you prefer to speak to a clinician directly; please contact the clinic nearest you during normal business hours or leave a message after hours and our staff will happily assist you.

Q. How much does the Remote Patient Monitoring Service Cost?

If you have Medicare the cost will be minimal or cost; depending on having met your deductible. Private insurance companies are starting to see the value this service; contacting your insurance provider is advisable. We at Healthy Heart Clinics of America realize the value of this program and offer a cash basic price to adhere to the growing demands.

Q. What do I need to bring to my New Patient Appointment?

We advise all new patients to print the “NEW PATIENT PACKET” located on our website. Please fill out packet before arriving at your appointment so that we can tend to your needs more efficiently. We will also need you to bring to every appointment an updated list of medications, active health insurance cards, and a valid driver’s license or picture ID.

Q. What is your Cancellation policy?

We understand that unexpected circumstance can arise that may require you to cancel your appointment with us. As courtesy to our staff and clients, we ask that you provide us with at least 24 hour’s notice. If you do not provide us with sufficient notice, you will be charged automatically for 100% of the cost of your scheduled treatment.
