Healthy Heart Clinics of Morgan City’s nurse practitioner Nicole Perry is a native of Morgan City, Louisiana. She graduated from Morgan City High School in 2011. She attended Nicholls State University where she received her Bachelor of Nursing in 2016. After working as an RN, she decided to continue her education. In 2020, she graduated with a Master’s of science in nursing as a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner. Nicole believes that small changes in lifestyle can promote a lasting and positive impact on overall physical and mental health. She specializes in remote patient monitoring of Chronic Conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, elevated cholesterol, thyroid disease, smoking, and weight management. She also provides additional care such as preventative care, physical exams, sick visits, hormone replacement, mental health, and other general medical services.
